"Is it True, They Call You the Dog Bed Fairy?" Donation Book

Hard-cover book | 18 pages | 8 inches square

  • Become a Certified FHF Dog Bed Fairy!

What do each of the dogs in the shelter say when iven their very own dog bed? This funny, endearing, hardcover picture book captures their thoughts in a furry tale that will touch your heart, while providing dog beds to shelters across the U.S. We donate $7 of each book purchase to buy beautiful, durable dog beds. The average dog has 70 seconds to make a connection with a forever family walking through a shelter. A comfortable bed helps the dogs stay calm and feel less afraid, so a loving family will bring them home.

Shelters, rescues, and nonprofits are selected for the program, and then asked to fill out a wish list. We pool the proceeds of your book purchases to fulfill their requests, so that one by one, each shelter we approach is outfitted with beds, and dogs get the comfort they need.

  • Earn your Dog Bed Fairy Wings!

Your friends and family will love this special book too, their hearts will sing knowing your purchase is comforting shelter dogs on their behalf, and they will FLIP when they see photos of themselves as a Dog Bed Fairy!

With your purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email to upload a photo of yourself, or the friend or family member you’re gifting. Within 2 days, you’ll receive back a customized Dog Bed Fairy photo that you’re free to post, share, or simply gift to your friend or loved one. If you don’t want to upload a photo right away, don’t worry! Each book includes a bookmark with instructions on emailing in a photo. Post your personal photo on Instagram with the hashtag #DogBedFairy, or tag your photo on Facebook using @FarmHouseFreshGoods, because our flock will periodically pick random fairies to receive free limited edition poster prints of pages from the book!
